Question for all Pizza huts?How come all pizza huts are so slow at delivery for food apps. Poor time management is my guess.

I placed an online order with an expected pickup time, but when I arrived at 4:28 PM, nothing was ready. I didn’t leave the store until 4:50 PM, and by the time I got home, the food was completely cold. The place was poorly run and chaotic. No one greeted me when I walked in. The staff making the pizzas—a woman and a man—were openly arguing about who was doing more work, and several pizzas coming out of the oven were incorrect. Made me wait for 15+ minutes after the pickup order time. The food also is really bad in comparison to other locations. Never ordering from here again.

This was some of the crappiest pizza I've ever had. It was mostly bread with hardly any sauce or cheese on it. What an embarrassment to the Pizza Hut I remembered growing up. No wonder people are leaving large food chains behind. Needless to say, we'll never be ordering from here again.

The new changes to the ordering is horrible, text only can't use email. Ordered 8 pizzas. The 22 minute wait was 45. Employees not happy. The weekend guy is not friendly. Hopefully when the food is ready it will be good. No gloves when making the food.
