I ordered delivery online on their mobile app. Paid. My bank was charged. Pizza never got here. App said it was delivered but there was nothing outside. When I called they claimed they never received the order. So I asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t. Went back and forth with them because they charged me but they didn’t deliver my pizza. Ordering anywhere but the app will get you absolutely nowhere. The phone service is horrid and the call center is a joke. Food is always tasty and I can't fault the unfortunate workers that have to deal with the absolute joke called corporate.
