We placed our order around 7:45 pm. It was a late evening and obviously no one wanted to cook, so pizza it is. First off the app tracker does not work, which of course does not apply to this review. ETA for our order was 25-35 minutes. We wait almost 2 hours, with no updates until almost 9 pm. Pizza didn’t arrive until 9:40 at which point it was lukewarm. The driver didn’t even hand deliver it, just set it on the front step. No knock, no doorbell. I will no longer be placing orders through this location.

Used to be great years ago. Now you constantly wait a half hour or more past the expected pickup time.

Ordered a pizza on the app, told it would be 40 minutes, drove up, pizza isn't made, multiple pissed off customers inside the store, and we were told it would be another 40 minutes. Left and tried calling to cancel order. Was put on hold for 20 minutes, they never did answer. So I said screw, they can make the pizza and eat it themselves for all I care.

Ordered a bunch of food to be delivered. Waited patiently for almost two hours before trying to call and figure out where my food was. No answer on the phone conveniently. Waited another hour and tried calling again and got an answer that they didn't even receive my online order. Super special that they couldn't even look up my order confirmation number that was given because of some stupid excuse.
