Walked up to the counter to get my food was handed a receipt the guy at the counter wants a tip not sure why you want a tip for doing your job

The service was great. Lady all alone doing it all. Good attitude smile never faded. Store was a mess. Took her 3 minutes to even realize I was there but awesome service once she did. Pizza wasn't great but she was all alone so kudos to her

This is the first time ordering pizza hut in at least 5 years, I will not be back if this is normal for pizza slices to have no cheese on it. Unacceptable especially after a 4.50 tip on a 12 dollar order.

Pizza was cold when I got it I ordered wrong and for got pepperoni git pepperoni added but I think there oven is broken first time I I got it cheese was barley melted and even after a second round was barley melted I think ill choose another place next time glad this was free ish this time

I was charged $18 for a large pepperoni pizza, which was much higher than what I have paid at other locations. I questioned the amount immediately after my card was charged and before the order was even finished, and I asked if the charge could either be corrected or the order canceled. Instead of trying to resolve it, staff told me it was my responsibility to notice the pricing beforehand and refused to make any adjustment at the time.
