First one star review I’ve ever given. Ordered through the iPhone app for delivery. As the app didn’t update, while my anticipated delivery time had passed, I called the store with no answer - four times. A Pizza Hut call center staff then told me pizza was on its way, and to “wait a few minutes.” A full hour after my latest anticipated delivery, I received a text that my driver had my food, and 45 minutes later (nearly two hours after my food was scheduled to arrive), my order showed up. Second time we have ordered from this location to just sit around like jerks waiting for it to never come. Literally just doesn’t show up.
Terrible service and the food isnt much better. I ordered at around 2:30 pm for it to be picked up at 5:15. I walked in at 5:02 and waited in line and didnt get served until 5:35. During that time, several people had issues with their orders so in addition to messing up their orders, they delayed helping me (and many other people) by having to attend to those people who's orders they screwed up. Delivery, missing 1 pizza. Pizza that was delivered not cut, pizza was cold too. Wish I would have read the reviews about how horrible this place is/was. My daughter and I wanted to try something different, sad. First time and last time ordering with this place
Best experience ordering pizza all year! Open earlier than anyone new years day and was impressed by the professionalism by the person who helped me named Marquise Green. He was able to help me get an amazing deal with everything my guests wanted through the specials they have going on. Very happy, I will most definitely be ordering again for years to come. wanted to give credit where credit is due. Great start to the year quick and easy
