Rachel Loucado is an absolute horrible management choice. I Tried to place an order over the phone for pick up I was told I couldnât and to come in. I drove 20 mins to this Frankfort location. I placed an order paid for it then waited in my car for 30mins for it to be prepared. The cashier told me Rachel had voided my order and I would need to repay and wait for it all over again another 30 to 40 minutes. Took 20 mins to take order over the phone. Still them over an hr to get my order done and it was still wrong: they must hire anyone without proper training: will never go backÂ
