Tried placing an order online, it wouldn't work. Took nearly an hour to get my order placed over the phone. An hour later I tried calling to figure out where my order was and they had no record of my order even though my card had already been charged. I spent the next 2 hours constantly trying to call the store to talk to somebody but not once did anybody ever pick up. 4 hours waiting for food and they just took my money and didn't give me anything. Not food, not service, nothing!

While waiting for my order, which was 30 minutes late, I saw the manager go out to his running car multiple times and even leave for gas. as a customer I would think that cooking and delivering the food would be more important.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, and this is the first one I'm doing. I ordered a pizza from this store and had no issues with the orders updates until a driver was trying to deliver. The gentleman called me to inform me he had to pass my order off to another driver who has base access, and that he'd have this driver give me a call. I waited exactly one hour from the time I got this phone call to call the store and figure out what was going on.
