I ordered through the app. I arrived later then the time given to give them extra time to make the order. They told me 5-6 more minutes so I waited, went back in and they said they lost my order. I proceeded to ask for a refund so I could just leave. They told me they couldn't do a refund until the next day. 45+ minutes after placing the order. I've personally worked for Pizza Hut & I've never experienced such terrible service.
I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO. THEY SCREWED UP THE ENTIRE ORDER. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER.
Staff is very personable and the food is always very good. My order is always correct and delivery is always really quick.
