Pizza is bare 50% missing cheese. Missing the 3erd topping bacon. More concerning pizza is hard in the center and falling apart. After expressing my concerns online the management offered to refund my payment platform.
Order extra cheese and wasn't. Waited 8 minutes to be acknowledged, but they were friendly. Seemed to be a bit skimpy on cheese on cheesy bread and sauce on wings.

Visited this location while we were in town last Friday, and it was clearly a busy night for them. My order wasn’t ready when I first arrived, which was understandable given the crowd. What really stood out, though, was Zoe. Despite the rush, she was incredibly sweet and professional. She took a moment to acknowledge me, and when I came back later to pick up my order, she actually remembered my name! That personal touch made all the difference. It is clear there is new management. The pizza was burnt and tasted terrible. Usually Pizza Hut is bomb. How do you overcook a pizza which is cooked on a timed conveyor belt? When I went in and asked, they said the bottom oven was broken so they are just using the top oven. This is clearly a management issue.
