Visited this location while we were in town last Friday, and it was clearly a busy night for them. My order wasn’t ready when I first arrived, which was understandable given the crowd. What really stood out, though, was Zoe. Despite the rush, she was incredibly sweet and professional. She took a moment to acknowledge me, and when I came back later to pick up my order, she actually remembered my name! That personal touch made all the difference. It is clear there is new management. The pizza was burnt and tasted terrible. Usually Pizza Hut is bomb. How do you overcook a pizza which is cooked on a timed conveyor belt? When I went in and asked, they said the bottom oven was broken so they are just using the top oven. This is clearly a management issue.
New manager was extremely nice. Food was great and customer service was phenomenal
Came in and it was nice and clean when I walked in and the pizza was great the person that was in there was very friendly and talkative while waiting for my pizza to cook. Glad I found the new pizza spot!
Do not come to the store !!! I used to go to the store a lot, At the time of me going to the store, there was a different store manager that was running the store.
