Called and ordered a pizza at 4:30 this afternoon "06/28/2025" and for some reason instead of taking approx 20 minutes as the young lady on phone promised it took almost an hour and a half "just got my pizza at 5:49! This is the LAST time pizza Hut EVER gets my money!
Service was great, pizza bland, edible but not amazing.
Was put on hold twice sent to a call center once and then when we tried to order they said we were out of range when it's the only one in town and it's six blocks from our house , but yet the hungry Howie's 4 MI away will deliver just sad
This isn't about the workers just the fact the pizza got thin as hell like what the heck happened?!? It's sooo thin now. Im not buying from them. Look at it compared to the bread stick. Rather go to dominos or marcos
