Was told 35 minutes. Here we are 1:30 minutes later and I’m on hold for 12 minutes waiting for someone to answer regarding my order. Ridiculous It’s $150 dollar order

Was told 40 mins waited that long n left my house. Arrived there order hasn't been made n no other pizzas in the oven. Another 45 mins went by i demanded my money n told them to keep the food. Will never order there again
Was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to order and the person was very quiet and had no idea how to ring anything in.
