I ordered a pizza today and the pizza was dry and the box looks pre-used and the corners were bent. I tried to contact customer service (website) and called the phone number to no avail. I see why people are choosing to go to a different franchise Dominos or Papa John).
I ordered online for pick up and used my rewards for a free pizza. We love Pizza Hut! But tonight, the pizza was less than expected. The lady at the window was so rude! She was on a personal call that she had on speaker, she asked my name but obviously couldn’t hear me well over her very loud phone call, she then said that I need to speak up which is just crazy to me! The cashier literally let me sat in the drive thru 15 mins for ranch. I blowed 3 times and got out and still had to wait
