I shouldn't have to drive to your store twice per order, but here I am. Once for a pickup, and another when I realize you got my order wrong. I wouldn't leave a review like this if it didn't consistently happen. This is the second order this week that was incorrect or outright forgot items. We ordered 2 double orders of breadsticks and recieved 1, we ordered a pizza with cup pepperonis, we recieved regular pepperonis with beef randomly scattered everywhere as well. I'm not the one to be a Karen about things but I had a order that cam to 26 and some change. Ok I handed to driver a 40 so my change was ruff 13 ok I asked where my change was he said he don't have it ok what makes you think imma give you a 13 dollar tip on 2 orders of chicken wings my dudes when you already took 6 dollar delivery fee. Can employees at this Pizza Hut read and comprehend? Ordered stuffed crust, got delivered pan pizza. Ordered additional sauces, got none. So happy I paid more money for things I did not receive. Will not order from this location again. This is the third time this has happened.
My son and I got a pepperoni pizza, some wings, and the brownies delivered to our hotel. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite growing up (the one in our town closed years ago). I'm glad to say, Pizza Hut did not disappoint! The pizza was awesome, cheesey & fresh. The Cajun dry rub wings were to die for. The brownies were warm and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again next time we're in town. Our delivery driver was also very nice. All around, great experience!
