Watched a man making the pizzas. Did not wash his hands and did not wear gloves when making the pizzas.
Lilly (who somehow is a manager) is the most unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic human I have ever spoken to in the customer service business. THREE of the four pizzas were made wrong and our s’mores sticks were burnt to a crisp. While I called to complain, she described that “that’s how they are supposed to be made” LMAO and argued with me about dietary restrictions for our family. Ordered at 11/1130 and its currently 1:18 and pizza still hasn't shown up despite the app saying Ordered received and is in the preparing phase. Ive never had this issue before I understand Ordering close to closing time we may experience a delay but over an hour! I honestly just don't expect to get my order at this point, honestly after a late shift cooking is the last thing I was to do. Very disappointed in this location
