Back in April, I ordered a pan pizza from here, it was soggy and awful. I got an email from the "area coach", Jay/JShaw, and he offered to place a credit on my account. Cool. But when I asked how I use the credit, and if I could use it online, I heard nothing back. When I followed up with him, still nothing. I grew up loving pizza hut.
Unfortunate others have had bad experiences, but I've only had positive. One of the few places that REALLY puts extra cheese when requested. Staff is friendly.
Worst pizza I've ever had. It was burned! Never going there again.
Picked up 7 pizzas Saturday morning and everything went great! 5 stars
