I have ordered from this location multiple times and each experience has been great. Great tasting pizza, properly made. The staff is great when I go in to up my orders. When I have had my orders delivered the drivers have been fantastic. I absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut location.
Horrible gm horrible food don’t eat here
Ordered a large supreme pizza. Received a burnt pepperoni one. When I called the girl Rylee remembered taking my order and apologized. I told her I would be happy with just a cheese pizza. She told me despite messing up my order and having a receipt I’d have to pay for it. I got upset and asked to talk to a manager. To my surprise. He’s not allowed to give out refunds. Pizza was delivered late, cold, no sauce and cooked so long pizza was curled up. Called and spoke with manager for a refund on the pizza itself which was $14.99 and was told he did not have authority to issue refunds. I would have to call back in 2 days when Regional Manager would be in.
