Online order always something wrong. We order 2 items: bread sticks and a 2liter. I will be dog gone if they didn't send the $5 2liter and no one would answer the phone. Will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN. The delivery person even refused to go back to the restaurant to get it. The restaurant is 6 blocks away. Will order from anywhere but HERE and planning on having my bank void the entire transaction.
This Pizza Hut sucks. They never get your order right and when you call to try to get your order fixed, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I called 50 times and they just send you dispatch and then dispatch sends you to back to the store to never get an answer. I have a credit to use and I can’t because they never answer the phone. I bet you this store never makes sales. They suck and they can’t make an order right and the rest of the reviews will vouch for my review.
Placed online it gave me an estimate time for 15 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later. Ordered still not ready 😡 My lunch break will be over by the time I get back to work
