On January 30, 2026, I ordered the Ultimate Hut Bundle from the Pizza Hut located on Wyoming Ave in Kingston for my daughter’s movie night. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, one of the pizzas had what clearly looked like a body hair mixed in with the cheese. It was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, now I know why Pizza Hut is fading away into a memory as the regular locations closed and turned into these tiny little places with zero skills to even complete a simple order. Food allergy was ignored when we made sure to specify that, still ended up with mushrooms and an incorrect pizza only to be talked to like a bad child when it was THEIR mistake!!! Pizza Hut is sad with how poorly they handle basic customer service
