My step son ordered for delivery at the long term home he lives in, because he is paralyzed. I had him order it online using my debit card. He had his order setup for delivery. He called his mother and said the order is taken too long. My wife called and asked why it is so long to deliver. The manager said they did not have a driver for the night. Asked for a pan and got regular.. lady was rude
We ordered delivery from this location and never got our food! When we called the store, the delivery driver said they weren't allowed to enter hotel lobbies. We paid a delivery fee and a generous tip, got no food or a refund. Good job Pizza Hut, greatest customer service around.
