We tried placing an order through the app and noticed after an hour it still said it was "in the oven" so we called and was on hold for a while and hung up and tried calling back a few more times and finally got ahold of a manager who was very nice and explained the day manager canceled our order and did not call or email us to let us know and after her explaining that they were moving locations and repeating the story a few more times we decided to just go somewhere else as we waited over an hour already.
Very helpful and friendly staff! I made an order online, but after submitting it, the website set my order incorrectly. The staff were very understanding and were able to make it right.
My food was cold when it arrived, it took them 2 hours to deliver. The customer service was horrible. Order from somewhere else!
I've ordered a large pizza twice from this location in the past couple weeks and both times I was missing the toppings I ordered. I clearly ordered pepperoni and green peppers on my latest pizza and was given ZERO pepperonis and ZERO peppers. How does that happen? How can they be this bad at making pizzas? And what do they do to correct the issue? NOTHING. There's no point in even paying for pizzas from here anymore because you will not get what you pay for.
