I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and every single time, my drinks get forgotten. The last time, I was missing three drinks AND the ranch I ordered. I even called ahead specifically to remind them not to forget the drinks, and they told me they gave everything to the driver. Surprise - still didn’t get them. I get that they use DoorDash for delivery, but that’s THEIR choice, which means it’s THEIR responsibility to make sure orders are complete before handing them off. After multiple incorrect orders, I was treated rudely and held on the phone for hours. The store manager also made unprofessional comments about me to staff. Stating “we always remake her pizzas” now I’m requesting a full refund and an internal review of customer service at this location.” This Pizza Hut has serious service and quality issues.
