Got a personal pizza and specifically stated I’m allergic to cheese , got it delivered and it stats no cheese on the receipt on the app and the receipt that was with the pizza when delivered yet the pizza is completely wrong. Very disappointing, whoever signed at the bottom stating the order was checked before leaving the store.
We ordered, in advance in the am, a pick up order for late pm and everything was great, from the on time readiness to the delicious pizzas. Custom orders were as requested, toppings good/generous and staff was great. Will return soon to the Ann Rd location!

The date is 6/18/26. Today Korea and Mexico are playing for the World Cup, I was craving Pizza Hut as times before they have scratched that itch for something delicious. Today was different, today was a disappointment, they got my order totally wrong. The staff seemed to be zoned out, I paid for additional pepper and Parmesan and once the transaction was complete they tried to tell me they gave me the items. Had to make a google account for this review because it was genuinely so bad. Came in and girl with a braid that served me named Janessa or Vanessa was extremely rude and condescending. Gave back wrong change multiple times and eventually we just left with $6.49 taken from us as a “tip” she said. Hit on my friend as well which is weird considering we are 16 and she looks over the age of 26. Food was mediocre but had a bubble in the slice which made 1/8th inedible…
