I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and every single time, my drinks get forgotten. The last time, I was missing three drinks AND the ranch I ordered. I even called ahead specifically to remind them not to forget the drinks, and they told me they gave everything to the driver. Surprise - still didn’t get them. I get that they use DoorDash for delivery, but that’s THEIR choice, which means it’s THEIR responsibility to make sure orders are complete before handing them off. After multiple incorrect orders, I was treated rudely and held on the phone for hours. The store manager also made unprofessional comments about me to staff. Stating “we always remake her pizzas” now I’m requesting a full refund and an internal review of customer service at this location.” This Pizza Hut has serious service and quality issues. The store manager Dan went above and beyond to accommodate us when a DoorDasher stole our order. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service here!
