Absolutely great place! Food is hot and excellent!
We were served, but the service just wasn't up to par. This was at the Eaton, Ohio store. We ordered a pizza with extra sauce and got one with no sauce and when asked for a cup of sauce and to explain to the server that we got the pizza with no sauce he walked away before we could explain to him why we needed it. The pizza just wasn't right without the sauce on it. Yes, we should have had them make another one, but just didn't want to deal with it and wait so just dipped it in the cup of sauce. I got bread sticks and they are so old, as well as the wings they are so rubbery definitely wont be coming back
Rude manager. I watched her yell at workers, DoorDash drivers and just have a bad attitude. My family will not be going back.
