Gave this restaurant way too many chances, but I will no longer spend $30 on a cold pizza. You will order through the app but DoorDash will deliver it. Tired of waiting 60-75+ minutes. I love Pizza Hut, but not like this.
I ordered but then I got a call from my wife that she had already gotten a pizza. So I called to cancel. I waited 5 mins on hold so I called again and I was greeted by a lady who was super rude. So she said oh if you’re gonna cancel you should call right away and I told her I’ve been on hold for 5 mins. She then said oh I didn’t get another call. So I told her I did call and I was on hold only for her to hang up on me. It’s Monday 2:43 pm This just happened

This place deserve a Negative Zerp Stars. Thw supervisor Jolene is beyond incompetent, u professional and im beyond appalled at the lowest level of service. The people inter are all horrible.
