We placed an order via the Pizza Hut app, and it was glitching throughout the process. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, but received a large cheese pizza. We called the restaurant and they told us it wasn't their fault and that I was welcome to order a new one through them at normal price.

I was ordering food at the drive thru with my mom one night after a long day. Through the window you could see this young lady was talking with an older looking man.fair enough they could've been busy right? Sorry to say - I should have looked at the reviews. Pizza was wrong and no sauce with the breadsticks. I did call the store, they offered to make it right, but I am traveling and did not need more pizza that would just be tossed out, so asked for refund. Could not do a refund, but they offered credit on my account. Now will see if that actually is available. SAD SAD SAD that accuracy of orders is such an issue with this location.

Store employees smoking pot behind the store in the parking lot vandalize cars while they're sitting there Edit: Spoke to a manager who lied about the situation. When I threatened to call the police if the car was damaged, he immediately knew the car was not damaged, only the person who did this would know that.
