I placed an order of wings and used to the drive through to pick up my order, only to have been charged $48 for 12 wings. And those wings were mostly fat. When I tried to call to get a refund or replacement I was told that I would have to go through the app and which I used to order it. So when I tried to go through the app and make contact, I got nowhere. Not even a response.
Called - gave phone number, name and order. Worker confirmed order and I received a total and timeframe for meal to be picked up. I said thanks and hung up. Arrived to pick food up and the “worker” said I “never confirmed the order” but remembered my entire order and asked if I wanted her to place it then. Lol. Save your time and find pizza elsewhere.
