I would love to give this place 5 stars, their customer service is great and their quality is among some of the best for a Pizza Hut location, however once they switched to DoorDash for delivery, their delivery is absolutely terrible. Messing with the orders, lying to me saying it was a cash payment and requiring a pay or he refused to hand me my pizza, when I did in fact pay with card (customer service thankfully refunded me), and so on. I’ve been ordering from the Pizza Hut on Hennepin in Minneapolis for years and I’m incredibly disappointed with the service lately. The fact that you started using DoorDash and don’t use REAL drivers is ridiculous. My whole order got stolen i literally watched the driver drive further and further away from my house. I would think a company as big as Pizza Hut would even care a little bit about something like this.
