DO NOT FAVOR DOOR DASH PICKUPS OVER CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN STANDING WAITING TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED AND HELPED!!! That was done to me on Saturday night, 01/11/2025 at this location and it did NOT make me happy! I had been waiting in line for several minutes, the clerk saw me... but when A Door Dash-er came in, the clerk immediately asked what the name was for pickup, completely ignoring me when I was clearly there first and waiting to be spoken to! **** update on this review** Pizza Hut stole my money. I forgot to add that after leaving my burnt, dehydrated day-old looking "pizza" at the restaurant in disgust, I did call my bank as suggested by the manager to cancel payment and my bank canceled it. Weeks later I recieved a letter from my bank informing me that the restaurant went to the trouble of contacting Visa and forced the payment which caused my bank to reverse the canceled payment. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not order from this Pizza Hut! It’s less than a half mile from my house and they farmed my delivery out to Door Dash. I got a text saying that the driver couldn’t find my house and to call or text the driver. I called 4 times and the driver didn’t answer his phone. Then I got a text saying my order had been handed to me. It hadn’t. I texted my neighbor to ask if it had been delivered to his house by mistake and he said it had and that the idiot driver was driving down the alley looking... read more
