The pizza hut in Midtown 5700 West Capitol drive is absolute worst the management I don't know how he got to be management has the worst customer service and a nasty attitude I requested to speak to a district manager or even a phone number and he hasn't faded on giving me that information the food was cold it was late it was lost and it was the wrong order absolutely the worst Pizza Hut ever 5700 Capitol Drive in Midtown Milwaukee Wisconsin do not go there and eat do not shop there
After waiting 2 hours and calling 16x's, being told that the pizza was on its way, they delivered my pizza next door! Called again 11x's put on hold for 8mins hung up called again and was told that my card was declined so the order never went out...BS way to not own up to their mistake. This location should be closed down. They took being lazy and unprofessional to a whole new level. Corporate will definitely hear from me.
