They are skimping on toppings. 3 1/4 inch by 1 inch strips per slice of ham? 2 or 2 peperoni per slice? Additoonaly, one of my 2 large pan pizzas had old dough with half of the rise of its brother. $30+ pizza should be fresh and have proper toppings.
This Pizza Hut takes forever to make any order. And they are not friendly at all.
I had a terrible experience at Pizza Hut. I walked in, said hi, and the employee slowly took out his headphone, paused his video, and just stared at me without saying a word—no greeting at all. We realized we ordered from the wrong location and apologized, but he was rude and irritated the entire time when we asked about a refund. When we tried to order there instead, he gave attitude, said items were unavailable, then claimed everything was already put away—even though it was 11:30 PM and they close at 12.
