Ordered pizza through the app at 5:45pm for a 6:45 pickup. Stood in the store from 6:40 until 7:15 and the order was wrong. They ran out of personal pizza crusts so had to substitute 1/4 of a medium pizza instead. Bad bad.

Terrible service and the food wasn't fresh. I had to wait over 30 min for food that was already ready. They told me initially that it will get done in the oven soon but it was in the keep warm oven already. They had served and given orders to people who were there before and after me. The man who seemed to be the manager appeared to be frazzled and handling too many things at once while others seemed to not know what was going on. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN (MELBOURNE FL). The DOOR DASH driver took our $60 food and either just left it at the door of the wrong apt. or actually gave it to the wrong person and reported that she handed it to me at 11:01 pm. She had to go back to the other house/apt and retrieve. We received our food at around 11:06. Not sure why she wouldn't just call/text me instead of leaving it at the wrong apt. I called to place an order. The person that answered the phone was very rude as if he didn't want to be at his job ..I asked about specials he said there was none which was fine but I can't deal with rude service I will not ever order from this location again

7840 N Wickham, employees always have a bad attitude, customer service -1, I'm paying for a pizza, I don't need to put up with your employees' rudeness.
