Placed a online order for wing's, asked for them to be cooked extra crispy, when I got them they were soggy, so I called and they offered to give me a credit and I asked to have them remade but asked to have them cooked for 14 minutes instead of the 7 minutes they normally do. When I got them the delivery driver just knocked and left them by my door and walked off which was unprofessional in my opinion. Order delivery and waited over an hour for my food and never got it be up they sent it out through door dash and the dasher never delivered it to me
Order delivery but never received my order even after waiting for an hour and contacting the store. The staff are very rude especially when you ask for a full refund after not getting the food you ordered!!! Hopefully they actually refunded it and I don’t have to make other calls
