My wife ordered pizza for delivery and was given an arrival time between 7:09 & 7:19. At approximately 7:45 she calls to check on the status and the response was that because of the TX Two Step they didn't have anyone to deliver. When she asked why someone didn't call and let us know he yeld at her and hung up. When she called back a lady answered and said the guy she was talking to was gone on a delivery even though we could hear him in the background telling her what to say. I feel like I'm back in the 90s. Another review said the pan pizza was spot on. They weren't lying.
Carryout was my order was accurate on time it was hot and delicious
I love this place. This is the one on Austin Avenue in georgetown. I always have problems with doordash but Pizza Hut always takes care of it and always takes care of me. They definitely go out of their way to make things right and I appreciate that. I definitely recommend this store.
