It's been a long time since I've visited Pizza hut. I was impressed watching the staff handle the high volume of orders pouring in. They handled it with ease and calmness. I had to wait an extra 7 minutes due to the busy time. Regardless The food was great! I plan to return. Good Job !
I was genuinely excited to order from one of the remaining Pizza Hut Classic locations. Unfortunately, after ordering through the Pizza Hut website, I waited over an hour only to have my order canceled without any phone call, text, or email. I only discovered the cancellation by checking the order myself and then calling the store to confirm it. I ended up making dinner at home. Entered the unit about 7pm. When we entered an employee sitting behind the counter out of sight, said set where you want. We found a booth and waited. There was only one other couple eating at the time. We waited and watched. Drivers came in an out. One started folding boxes. One lady seemed to be chewing out another employee. For food service, cleanliness is not on the menu. The dirty floor appears abandoned with no expectation to sweep or mop. The counter and cash register is spotted with dried white stains that could make a person gag. There are serious areas in need of repair from the reception area viewpoint. The staff seems to be friendly and attentive to the customer. However, oblivious to their working and serving environment.
