The employee Kenneth Is a phenomenal employee he was attentive helpful and just kind when I came into the store to order tonight very nice young man. Could tell he cares about his place of employment and just overall a great employee you should be very proud of him and how he treats your customers

Called in for delivery and got a call center place my order and they forward you to an automated system that I made system said that it would not accept my card. I tried to call back to cancel my order the call center people said they can’t do it so they forward you to the store which is where the call should’ve went in the first place I sit on hold for over 30 minutes. ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT!!!! Put an order in online today 5/25/25 at 1600 hours. The app said my order would be delivered between 16:54 and 1704. Finally at 1730 I called and called trying to get my order cancelled and was repeatedly put on a transfer to the store where I am on hold and no one answers. Online states that they’re open as well as the corporate gal I spoke to.
