Not clean. Horrible service. Pizza was not fully cooked.
Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place to eat. I don’t give this place a chance very often because every time i do they disappoint. Ordered online and showed up 15 mins after. Food was ready. Only because they clearly have it cooked and sitting in a warmer for HOURS!. I got some boneless wings they are cold and rubbery. Personal pan pizzas have barely any sauce on them and taste like they had been sitting out. Very disappointed. Ordered last night from North Plate I typed in the special directions and wrote large, half supreme half pepperoni. And ordered bread sticks. When we got our order we received one large cheese and one medium all meat. I called 4 times each time someone answered and I told them what happed, I got cut off with an advertisement. Very disappointed.
Update: 2/18/2025 Had the Pizza Hut pizza and wings during the Super Bowl. Was great! New place with great service! Old review: Last time I was in this local Pizza Hut, I observed employees flipping their hair around front counter. Brushing long hair around their personal baggage storage cupboard which should be in the back somewhere, not by cash register and foodstuffs. I also noticed the dirty uniforms they were wearing and constantly wiping their hands on them. Some employees did not look clean! It's called wash your hand... read more
