This was our first-and definitely our last-visit to this Pizza Hut. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we weren’t welcome. Our server, Jackie, didn’t say hello or even make eye contact. She just kept snapping “dine in or dine out?” and flat-out ignored our questions. It honestly felt discriminating, like we were being judged based on how we looked. And her attitude was disgusting. Staff not very friendly.
Had low expectations to begin with given the other reviews, but absolutely will not return. Pizza buffet is supposed to be easy and simple especially with kids. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with hardly enough speaking help, disgusting restrooms, and being overcharged! Never coming back
