WTH???? Ordered pizza online and made it to the store before they closed… but nobody was working. Employees all left when I arrived at the empty store. I had already PAID and was expecting to pick up my order but my food was NOT there. Stole my money and wrong information online about store hours. My order shouldn’t have even gone through! The worst experience of my life. They told me it was ready at 8:56, and I've been waiting for my order for over 40 minutes. It's already after 9:37 pm, and I'm still waiting. Never buy from here.
What a joke! Worst pizza hut ever..... waited for 45 minutes. Order was wrong and missing items. Refused to refund my online order. Employees shouting and swearing at eachother and customers. Super unprofessional. At least 4 others cancelled their orders just while I was there. Where's the management? I want my money back.
Order didn't show up then the new order gets canceled called to find out why and I get transferred to a robot that won't give me a human this is a joke and will never order from this establishment ever again
