Excellent experience at Boonsboro location today. Xavier provided outstanding customer service with arranging a large order for a party. Pizza was ready on time and was delicious.
This Pizza Hut has always been a good one conveniently located and staff always friendly, food prepared as ordered and thank you for being a customer. I’ve gotten lots of different pizzas, the two choice pastas, and the individual Hut Box. It is a take-out or delivery versus sit down store but food is tasty and hot.
Whoever has been managing this place lately is doing an outstanding job! Are they perfect, no but if something isn’t quite right and you let them know, they will bend over backwards to make it right, even when they’re super busy. I used to always go for the least expensive option but I have learned that if add extra cheese and extra of whatever you like, it’s still less expensive and the taste is great.
I always order with the mobile app, service is quick and friendly
