Answered phone. Asked if order was delivery or pick up. When stated order was for pick up worker said "sorry your store is closed " then disconnected immediately.

The food is like you’d expect. Overpriced, very mid tier pizza. The crust is a frozen disk, not handmade dough, so the taste and texture is due to that. Their sauce isn’t very great, very generic. Their breadsticks are also very plain and way too expensive especially for what they are. The only thing worth eating is the french fries and fried mozzarella sticks but nobody wants to buy them because they’re so overpriced with such a tiny portion. we used to go when jeff worked (mornings) because that’s when the service was the best and the food was the freshest. then the big italian guy became GM and he was cool, made the food fresh and fast but then he left, a the little military guy became GM and it was good for a while then too. i worked fast food so i can understand how it’ll suck the life out of you at time especially if you don’t have good upper management and a hard working staff. my family and i like to support our community so we try to eat local even at cha... read more
