I spoke to multiple people only for them to argue with me about my order. Money debited from my account, points/rewards ALL gone and no food. I had a coworker picking up my food for me because I am in a training all day and we only get a 10 min break per 90 mins. Needless to say, I am pretty hungry and all I received was terrible customer service. The manager Renee is always the best! When she is there, everything runs great! Food is ready on time, hot and fresh. She's always super friendly and willing to help in anyway she can. I eat at this location quite often, and when she is there, its perfect!
Fast service, nice atmosphere.
