Customer service could be way better on the phone and in person!
Can’t believe how awful their pizza has become. Reminds me a lot of 5-buck pizza. Went there this evening for a special occasion expecting the pizza to taste better than Costco or Little Ceasars… Nope. Kids were upset and it tasted as good as a frozen pizza
The employees I've talked with at this location are friendly and have good attitudes. The food is great. I like the meat lover's and hawaiian pizzas. It looks like a good amount of negative reviews are from door dashers messing things up. I've done carryout at this location and never had any issues with my orders.
My pizza was cold and dry, the dough was stale. I will not use this store anymore. And the dasher was extremely careless with my food, it was all squished in the box. I also had to wait almost an hour for delivery.
