I was there on Aug. 2nd at 830pm and I was told on the app that it would be ready at 8:44pm, it wasn't and when I walked in this rude short white guy with a beard made no eye contact and said be there in a couple mins waited about 7 mins and he said are you picking up? Without saying sorry for the wait, during that time he was putting pizza in boxes and ignoring me and my daughter then said it will take another 10 mins. I left, worst customer service ever.
70 bucks for 2 pizzas with a tip. Delivery fees were high and I realized why when door dash showed up. Ordered a new ranch flight pizza. No ranch. Hardly any toppings. Almost forgot why I never order pizza hut.
I ordered online and had a free pizza and it was completed incorrectly (user error probably) but Pizza Hut was very kind in corrected in for me - and the Pizza was delish and perfect!!!
Why is the personal pan pizza not like it use to be , identical to its big brother ? Theres no fluffy thick crust and no buttery golden brown pan affect !! I got the box thing and little Caesars makes better pizza worst pizza ever!!!
