Ordered carry out for the first time in 20 years. Pizza Hut hasn't changed much, decent pizza, but can't beat the price. Avoid the boneless "wings"

We used to come here once or twice a week, but that’s not gonna happen ever again. Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas online and when I got there after waiting the required 15 minutes for them to be ready there were two people in line and no one at the counter. I could hear noise back in the kitchen, so I stepped forward and ventured a look beyond the counter. Don't bother. (Read the reviews)This Pizza Hut is a hit or miss. Had a gift card so took a chance. Tried to order a deep dish and tried to explain on the phone with someone that spoke broken English that I wanted a deep dish. Ended up with a pan pizza. The manager could not get the gift card to work. He tried several times while getting upset and cursing when he couldn't figure out how to get it to work. I was there on Aug. 2nd at 830pm and I was told on the app that it would be ready at 8:44pm, it wasn't and when I walked in this rude short white guy with a beard made no eye contact and said be there in a couple mins waited about 7 mins and he said are you picking up? Without saying sorry for the wait, during that time he was putting pizza in boxes and ignoring me and my daughter then said it will take another 10 mins. I left, worst customer service ever.
