Para entregar una pizza más de 30 minutos y la atención pésima deberían cambiar el personal
Horrible customer service !!!! I ordered 3 pizzas came up to almost $50. First issue big newyorker was put into 2 boxes making it cold, manager said they didnt have any big boxes. Second issue big newyorker was half cheese half pepperoni got only pepperoni. Thrid issue i ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust came out just cheese. When I called the manager about these issues he said its a system issue and he wasnt going to fix it. I will never order from pizza hut again!
The team is amazing the food was exactly how I expected it to be. I was even late to pick up my pizza and it was still hot. I was asked if I needed paper plates or napkins. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly at 10/10
Thank you to the person who brought out my pickup order to me so that way I didn’t have to take out my baby who finally went to sleep after he fought his nap for hours. It might have been a small act to that employee but it was a large act of kindness to me as a new mom
