I ordered food directly from the store. After I check out I get a message saying door dash will be delivering my food! I do not appreciate this! I didnt order from door dash. I ordered from pizza hut and want an employee of pizza hut to deliver my food, not some random person. I should be informed BEFORE I complete checkout! I won't be ordering from here anymore!

Ordered delivery and picked the special, it was 2 med pies and wings. I ordered pan crust on both and received the shitty Tavern crust. When I called the store a girl answered and took my complaint and put me on hold to get her manager. Ten minutes later they hung up on me. I'll never order Pizza hut again.

Ordered a pizza and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes, 45 minutes later told 20 minutes...2 hours later a cold pizza arrived and the driver wanted full price after manager said he was taking $15 off. I refused to pay full price and the driver left with the pizza. I was told a fresh pizza was now being delivered and waited another 45 minutes only to be told "he's not coming back" when I called again. The food was literally cooked to perfection. Called to tell the store manager and they said the cooks name is Mecca. So THANK YOU MECCA.
