They have changed everything and not for the better. To start with the boxes are thinner and flimsy, they stopped putting the card board inside under the pizza that stops the pizza from making the box wet so it made the pizza soggy and the box unmanageable. Now to the taste and texture of the pizza itself. I ordered 2 large pizzas and an order of wings and paid $64 with tip. Placed an order online, set for 6:30pm pickup. I waited by the entrance for almost 20 minutes. I got the wrong pizza. I was supposed to get double pepperoni and I got sausage and pepperoni (which I don't care for) I don't believe I'll be going back. Pizza is just okay

Employees were impolite and incompetent. Someone whose order was scheduled AFTER ours for pickup received their order first. This made us have to wait twice as long only to get the wrong order. Several items were missing. I don’t mind waiting if my order is made correctly and the employees are polite but they didn’t want to answer any questions making it impossible to correct or confirm anything. Extremely disappointed and will avoid this location at all costs moving forward.

An hour and a half after receiving my order I got a call from the manager telling me I needed to pay the driver. I paid the driver and tipped him when he arrived (as I do with every order I ever made from anywhere). After some back and forth explaining that I did in fact pay the driver and have quite clear video footage of me handing the cash over, the manager was insisting I was incorrect and just needed to pay the missing money.
