The app said it removed the funds from the gift card but did not process the order. We called the store and could barley understand the employee. During the explanation he hung up on me. I walked in the store and the individual that I was on the phone with stayed in the back. Do not order from here, I never had a problem ordering from this Pizza hut until tonight when I ordered it at 7 PM and wasn’t told until 9:30Pm my order was canceled. The manager had told me several times wait 10 more minutes, until eventually saying I would be returned my money and my order will be arriving shortly. My delivery order was over an hour late. When it finally arrived the order was completely wrong and we could not eat it. I called and explained the issue and was assured my order would be redelivered within the hour. Before getting off the phone I asked to speak with the Manager (Maria) and was told “she doesn’t talk to people because she doesn’t speak English” Two hours later, still no food.
