If I could give negative stars— trust me I would. I ordered online and it said 20 minutes, we went to the store and waited outside with our children. It took over 1 hour and 30 minutes and they NEVER MADE THE ORDER. Makes zero sense because I paid in person— the same person I paid didn’t know who I was ten minutes later and told me there was no order when I came back to check my order. The customer service is horrible. Unlike dominos that immediately responds on their app to an issue like missing food or an incorrect item, pizza hut has nothing to help you correct the order and the chat has no access to your order having you spend time typing everything out. Instead of giving me what I was missing which included a drink they just said here is a 2 large pizza coupon on us. Horrible. Never again. Forgot pizza hut was trash. Stick to domino's yall.
