I like this location but they are not consistent with their service. Better to order with the evening/ night crew. Whenever I order during the day...lousy service, imo. Their is a BIG difference with the cook. I don't order from this location as much as I use to but when I do, I always order at NIGHT.
The worst experience I ever had ordering pizza. Ordered it through the app and estimated time was 15 minutes. When I came in in about 20 minutes the guy said they are running behind and it will be another 30 minutes. I waited for one hour more until they made my order. When watching how they prepare pizza I saw that nobody wears gloves and all the ingredients they grab by bare hands. Ordered our usual carry out order and when we arrived, half of our order was made incorrectly... the cashier didn't apologize, but did let the kitchen know and said it would be another ten-fifteen to remake so we waited to get what we ordered. When the charge hit our card, they had added $3.01 to the total so I reached out to Pizza Hut chat and they said they'd need to send it up. Never coming here again. Workers slow and not even trying. I waited 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas. Horrible
I ordered take out and they forgot some of my order, this has happened every time I order from this Pizza Hut
