Best delivery times even arriving sometimes before when they said, and always friendly when I call in an order.
This is the worst delivery I have ever recieved! We waited for our order for over 2 hours and ended up not receiving it. They probably lost the order therefore, they aren't responsible to run a business. Pathetic.
this is the worst pizza hut i have ever ordered from in 30 years....Customer service was horrendous they screwed up my order and the rude rep hung the phone up on me as I was attempting to receive a credit for the last time they screwed up my order...NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT....YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES TREATING CUSTOMERS THEY WAY YOU DO AT THIS STORE!
The girl that answered that phone could not have been any ruder, rushing me of the phone. I would rather pay more somewhere else then have to deal with people like that. Train your employers on proper customer service!
