The website was not working so I had to call in to place the order. I ordered 3 stuffed crust pizza's, a 20oz drink and a dessert as they had a special for stuffed crust. The food was delivered and I received two pizzas only. I tried calling the store but got hung up on and called back again only to receive attitude. I was told that they don't take the orders the call centers do but they only see I ordered two pizzas. I tried to tell them at the store I paid $92.00 with tip for delivery. Poor Customer Service. Asked for an order and i was told “When it’s ready it will be at the rack. No acknowledgement if it is being prepaired, wait time or even offered a seat while waiting
Ordered a large stuffed crust for delivery. Pizza hut decided since they were out of the large stuffed crust they would just make 2 medium pan pizzas instead without even contacting me. The door dasher called to let me know about it.
