I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. I placed an order and the website said my food would arrive within the hour. At the 40-minute mark, the tracker still showed my order as only “received,” so I called the store for an update. Chris, who was working nights on Feb. 8, 2026, was extremely rude on the phone. While waiting in a DoorDash order, staff ignored me the whole time, until another Dasher who had been there since before I had arrived, told them I was waiting. Waited there about 30 minutes before they got the order for me
Don't know why Pizza Hut changed the crust but the regular hand tossed sucks I will never order Pizza Hut again last time we ordered crossword flat pizza was bland ordered it again after a $30 credit 3 days later the same way totally disappointed in this establishment.
