the lady that spoke to me on the phone didn't seem to speak english very well. she then repeated my order and said it was going to take a maximum of 45 min. when the delivery guy came, he was 1 hour late, but that's not his fault. when i checked my order it was the wrong order. i then called the manager (mr.francisco)which is a very rude b!@7!!, and he said i will send another pizza and it will take 1 hour. i asked him if he would just give me credit so i could go and get something else to eat and he said we dont give credit... read more

I came to pick up my order. I waited forever before I finally went into the backroom to find help. People who worked there saw me, but noone came to help. The restaurant was nearly empty. The lady who came out didnt apologize or even say hello. She just asked for my name. She acted like she didnt even want to help me. I asked her if I could have a drink since it took them so long to help me. She asked what I wanted and I said Pepsi. She gave me the drink and I left. I ordered a large Supreme Pizza and was told it would be delivered in about 40 minutes. It came in about 25 minutes and it was absolutely loaded with scrumptious morsels and we enjoyed that pizza more than any others before. We will definately order more and again and again.
