Had a delivery the other day pizza dough was not done I called the store the woman who answered was friendly & gave me a credit but today when I called to order another pizza the guy was rude & when I asked him to make sure it’s cooked all the way he practically called me a liar saying my last pizza was done & he hung up on me I could had been a irate customer but I was friendly & his customer service sucked do better Pizza Hut

Never order from here. After waiting over an hour and a half with no food, I called for an update and was told they couldn’t contact the delivery driver because he didn’t speak English. With no resolution in sight, I had to cancel the order and request a refund. I was assured that a refund would be issued, but I still haven’t received it. Very disappointing experience.

I haven’t had pizza hut in over 5 years because frankly I never liked the taste, but dannnnnng that was a good pan pizza. I don’t know if i have now found the rare good pizza hut, but definitely will be a return customer.

I ordered two pizza cheese and vegetable they were terrible those pizza were full of tomato sauce as you lift the lice of pizza tomato sauze were dripping out of pizza nasty terrible pizza i don't recommend this pizza hut

They give my order to the wrong driver which now has my whole household upset and I have to wait multiple days to get my money back completely trash.
