I call for a delivery at 10:30 when this store opened they actually left me on hold for 25 mins and 17 sec just to place an order.I called back they were not apologetic at all the store pointed the finger at their call center and the manager was rude. Clearly nothing matters but her paycheck.....only in the hood..
