I recently visited Pizza Hut, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. The food quality, service, and atmosphere all came together to make for a reliably enjoyable meal, with just a few small areas that could be improved. First, the pizza itself was great. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—and the toppings were fresh and generous. Worst experience EVER! My order was wrong! I placed a phone order for pick up. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and BONE-IN honey BBQ wings. Once I picked up my order I check the box and noticed that they gave me boneless wings, so I went back inside to let the guy know. He pulled up my order and told me no you ordered boneless, I told him no I didn’t the lady over the phone asked me twice and I told her twice that I would like bone in.
