I came to Pizza Hut to pick up my order that I placed online and when I gave them my name they said they have not received my order. This shocked me at first because I was like no way I put it on the wrong Pizza Hut but nope it was the correct location. After waiting 30-40 minutes for my pizza to be ready turns out it never was made but they were good at charging me for it. I ordered ranch and got no ranch. Screw credit. That is why you do not tip ahead of time. It happened a second time when I used my credit!!!
No one was in the front to take my order, there was 1 worker in the back making the pizzas. Waited for about 10 minutes and left.
