This time pizza was so oily , usually those are quite ok, now when order came we eat one slide and put redt to trash bun

I received a coupon in the mail for Pizza Hut. When I tried to use it I was told that they were not part of the promotion. Since they are the only Pizza Hut in town, I would have to use it somewhere else but they didn’t know where. Very rude manager. They should not send anymore coupons to Flower Mound if they don’t want to honor them.
Average pizza place comparable to the likes of Dominos and other pizza chains.
Very rude management. I came in to use my kids book-it codes from the Pizza Hut summer reading program and not only did the manager tell me he couldn’t, but when I told him this is how I’ve always used these codes, he repeated himself in a mocking and rude tone. Then walked away. No apologies. No attempt to help or serve. I’m sure the pizzas as good as any other Pizza Hut though 🤷🏼♀️ I’ll be going somewhere else tonight.
