I normally do not give one star reviews, but this was the first time I had a bad experience with Pizza Hut. I placed an online order for delivery for 11am. I put in the instructions I would meet the driver at the door with a cash tip. It was 1225 and I still haven't received my order. I called the number on the website and it is to a call center. The representative connected me to the store, but no answer. I drove to the store to pick up order. My food was ready, but it was just sitting in the warmer.

Food here has always been on point for me. I enjoy this location.

The food was great, they did an excellent job with my pizza and wings, everyone at their jobs come across a thing or situation that could slow me down from keeping things rolling smoothly. It just so happens that this is a restaurant, so those things that slows the process down isn't my fault. Because the people behind me hasn't provided me with the tools I need to push the final button "ie" getting your food to you so I can get everyone else's too.
