Tonight was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any pizza hut ever. It took 25 minutes to order a pizza over the phone due to the incompetence of the workers. After finally placing an order for 2 pizzas was told 30 minute wait and sat in the drive thru for another 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. Save for time and money and go somewhere else. It is not worth the headache for something that is supposed to be convenient.
Literally got off the phone with Willy. I told told him the pizza smell like burn popcorn and taste wasn’t great. Silence……………Buddy said, “well what do you want me to do?” Is the pizza burnt?
