TBH, the pizza was average. We ordered a NY style pie however I recommend sticking to the pan pies. They do them the best. The biggest disappointment was that we couldn't order a beer...this establishment was NA. This is the first time ever visiting a US Pizza Hut and having that experience.
The food is on par with any Pizza Hut. No complaints there at all, however, service and staff are another thing. Many times I’ve been here to pick up and the order is ALWAYS messed up. The staff pretends like you’re not waiting for service so unless you’re comfortable saying something you will wait like I saw this lady wait for 10 minutes before acknowledging her. Definitely short staffed. And no buffet barely.
Great staff, we were joking with our waitress the whole time.
I ordered 12 pcs traditional wings. I got 10 pcs and 2pcs dried hard chicken breast. They were overcooked and tough. Just to inform you that that was my last order that I will place with you.
