Ordered a pizza for pick up. Pay for it. Gave me the WRONG pizza. Made a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni like I asked over the phone. Had to wait 20 mins on a new one to be made. Should’ve gotten what I ordered in the first place for free since they messed it up and I spent MY time waiting on it.

Order placed on app. After an hour and a half call the store to check on order. Was told it was being made even though the delivery was estimated to be an hour before the call to the store. It’s now 2 1/2 hours after I ordered and nothing has arrived. Stay away from this store. Contacted customer support and was told that I would be contacted within three days and as of today, which makes seven days no one has contacted me. Pizza Hut sucks.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Came to pick up our order and the cashier didn't know what she was doing. She couldn't find our order and when she did, she only found 2. So we ended up sitting and waiting for over an hour for the rest of our order. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this pizza hut anymore. They need to borrow a page from the Lock Haven pizza hut. They are amazing.
