I arrived a couple minutes early for the buffet. The first rounds of pizzas were very dried out. The manager tried ; but jumped the fence too fast. The second round was very good. Fresh. Service was not up to par And I was never asked if I wanted a refill on my drink. The restaurant wasn’t clean as a restaurant should be. Wood work and windows were not very clean. . I doubt would pass an inspection. That would mainly fall back on the previous night shift . The employees were very friendly. Just need more training I assume.

Every time I order from this location there is a problem. If I order extra topping they do not put them on. This has happened two times. I spoke with an employee, and I was informed that this is per corporate policy. I only ordered 3 topping and there was barely anything on the pizzas. If this had only happened once I would understand. Lastly I sent someone to pick up 2 pasta orders, and they didn't give him our bread sticks that come with the order. Dirty had to wipe are own table ask for silverware or plastic wear never got feet stuck to floor when you walk tookgrand child to bath room no toilet paper

Went in told them we were dining in and Noone seated us so we sat down and then didn't give plates and made us eat out of to go boxes and had to go get our own food from the counter and the dough was cold even tho topping were hot
